We have the new form!

We finally received the newest form today. Basically it says that we want them to keep searching for a child because we didn't get a referral in the first two weeks that our dossier was registered in the region. This is a new policy and our coordinator has said that we won't get a referral until they have this form.
So we are signing the form tonight, getting it notarized in the morning at my office, getting it flagged by the county clerk on my way to Albany where it will be apostilled. On Friday we will FedEx it to Russia ... I wonder how much that will cost! :)
