Update

Just a quick update ... I spoke with our coordinator today. Nothing new to report and still no information on timing. She did say that when they review our case with the MOE we could get a referral as we are next in line. So essentially we could get a referral before we get an idea of timing.

Part of the reason this is taking so long is because there aren't as many children for Americans to adopt. There is a population crisis in Russia so Russians are getting an incentive to adopt these children.
