No referral this week!

I finally spoke to our coordinator and there was not a referral from Volgograd this week. She also said that although referrals come in on Wednesday it may be a day or two before we hear from them as information about the child has to be translated. She felt awful and apologized that she may have mislead us into thinking we would hear something on Wednesday and then not being available.
